By applying to join the Eat, Pray, Live program —by submitting your application form along with payment— you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. No Immediate Client-Practitioner Relationship

Submission of your application and payment does not establish a client-practitioner relationship with Rejoov Innate or its affiliated practitioners. A formal client-practitioner relationship will only be established after your completed intake forms have been reviewed and a signed liability waiver has been received and accepted.

2. Application Review and Refund Policy

Your application is subject to a review process to determine if our program is a suitable fit. If, after reviewing your intake information, we determine that the Eat, Pray, Live program is not a suitable fit, we reserve the right to decline your application and will refund your payment in full.

3. Program Purpose and Limitations

The Eat, Pray, Live program is designed to help optimize your health and overall well-being through lifestyle, nutritional, emotional, and spiritual support. While improvements in existing or developing health concerns may occur, no specific outcomes are guaranteed, and the program is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

4. Geographic Eligibility

The Eat, Pray, Live program is currently available only to residents of the continental United States, excluding residents of New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Hawaii, and Alaska.

5. Age Requirement

You must be of legal age in the state where you reside in order to apply for this program. By submitting your application, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
